Fifteen rooms is the whole point
We are not a resort group. We are a family who runs a small hotel on a hill, and we would rather do fifteen rooms properly than a hundred badly.
Patong has plenty of hotels. Most of them are built for the two-night stopover — somewhere to sleep between the airport, the beach, and the next flight out. We wanted something different. We wanted somewhere we would want to stay ourselves.
That is how Sea Hills Resort started. We found a piece of hillside with a view we did not get tired of, and we built a small hotel around it. Not a tower. Not a chain. Just fifteen rooms, a pool, a garden, and enough quiet that you can hear the birds in the morning.
We run it ourselves. We are on site, not managing from a phone in another province. One of us will check you in, show you how the shower works, and tell you where to get the best som tam without the tourist markup. If something is not right, we fix it. If you need advice, we give you the answer we would give a friend.

The hillside is the reason the rooms have sea views, but it is also the reason we are calm. We are close enough to Patong that you can walk down for dinner or a night out, and far enough up that the noise stays where it belongs. You get the bay, the sunset, and the sleep.
Over the years we have learned what our guests actually need: a clean room, a good bed, a balcony worth sitting on, and someone nearby who cares. That is what we focus on. The rest is just decoration.

We own it, we run it, and we live nearby. There is no management company calling the shots from another city.

The hill chose the location, not a spreadsheet. We built around the view instead of flattening it.
Service-led
We do the check-ins, answer the messages, and recommend the restaurants we actually eat at ourselves.
Pet-friendly
Dogs are welcome in our ground-floor room with direct outdoor access, because holidays are better with the whole family.
