Arrival & departure

- Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability.
- Arriving late? Let us know and we will leave keys and directions ready.
Cancellation & payment
- Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to [X] days before arrival.
- Some website-only and long-stay rates are non-refundable — they are always marked clearly before payment in exchange for a lower price.

Pets
- Dogs are welcome in our Ground Floor Deluxe Rooms, any of which can be set up pet-friendly on request. Size and number limits apply, and advance notice is required so we can prepare the room. Please keep dogs on a lead in shared areas and never leave them unattended in the room.
Children & families
- Children are welcome across all room types.
- Cots and extra beds are available on request, subject to the size of the room you choose.
- Let us know ages and bedding needs when you book and we will suggest the best fit.
Quiet hours
- Quiet hours are [22:00] to [07:00].
- The hillside already does most of the work — we just ask guests to keep voices and music low in shared areas after hours.
Hillside notice
Sea Hills is built into the slope of the hill. Moving between reception, the rooms and the pool involves stairs and gradients, and some areas are uneven underfoot. The Ground Floor Deluxe Rooms are our only step-free option. Guests with mobility concerns should contact us before booking so we can make sure the room and route work for you.
